Agreement to terms

By accessing or using this website and purchasing eSIM data plans from Eximgroup (“we”, “us”, “our”), trading as whitecatesim.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Service description

Eximgroup, trading as whitecatesim.com, sells prepaid mobile data plans delivered as eSIM profiles. Our services include:

• Online purchase of destination data plans
• eSIM provisioning and QR code delivery after payment
• Customer account access and order history
• Customer support by email

We work with mobile network partners to provide connectivity. Coverage, speeds, and availability depend on the selected plan, destination, and local network conditions.

Eligibility and device requirements

You must use a device that supports eSIM and is not carrier-locked, unless otherwise stated for your device. You are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase.

Account and acceptable use

You agree to:

• Provide accurate checkout and contact information. You should provide your real email to get access to all your orders and be able to check data usage or refund them in your cabinet. Don't use dummy emails please!
• Use the service lawfully and for personal travel or personal connectivity needs
• Not resell, share, or redistribute data plans except as permitted by your plan
• Not misuse the service for fraud, spam, or activities that harm networks or other users

Orders and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in the displayed currency. Payment is processed securely by Stripe/Paddle or another payment service. Your order is confirmed after successful payment. Charges are processed at the time of purchase.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Delivery and activation

After payment, we provision your eSIM and make activation details available on the Payment Succeeded page and/or by email. Delivery times are usually minutes, but may take longer during maintenance or partner outages.

You are responsible for scanning the QR code or entering activation details correctly and for enabling the eSIM profile on your device.

Data usage and plan limits

Each plan includes a fixed data allowance and validity period shown at purchase. When the allowance or validity expires, the plan ends unless you purchase a top-up or new plan where available.

We and our network partners may apply fair-use measures to prevent abuse or excessive usage inconsistent with normal personal travel use.

Service availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity. Service may be affected by partner maintenance, device settings, local regulation, or events outside our reasonable control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eximgroup shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer protection laws.

Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or refuse service if you breach these terms or if required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or partner requirements.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
